Resources

From the student handbook to approximate program costs, take a look at the important resources, documents, and other information about our program.

Our program uses a third-party company called CastleBranch to perform background checks, drug screen testing, and manage all required immunization records. All applicants must buy the appropriate package for the campus they plan on attending (see step 3 above) and satisfy the following requirements before they will be accepted into the program or able to register for pharmacy tech classes:

  1. Have a clear background check.

    a. This process runs automatically once applicants purchase the package on the website. It can take up to 5 business days for the completed information to post to the applicant’s account.

  2. Have a negative, 10-panel drug screen test.

    a. Within 24 business hours of an order being placed, CastleBranch will register applicants to take the appropriate drug test at a collection site within the applicant’s area of residence. They will communicate the registration information to applicants within their account online or via the email address given. Applicants will be responsible for scheduling their appointment at the designated collection site and providing their registration information at the time of collection.

    b. The collection site then ship’s the specimen to the lab. Test results may take up to 5 business days after initial collection to post to the applicant’s account.
